A roadmap for parents navigating neurodivergence and building a joyful and regulated home

So, now what?

For when you finally got one question answered, and were handed a hundred more. Join the priority list to be the very first to know when the book lands, plus a little something extra that's only for priority list mamas.

Sound familiar?

You got the answer you were waiting for. So why do you feel more lost than ever?

Maybe it was a diagnosis. Maybe it was a hunch that finally had a name. Maybe it was a 2am Google search that made everything click. Either way, one question got answered and a hundred more came rushing in.

"Where do I even start?"

"Am I doing this all wrong?"

"Why does every day feel like a battle I never signed up for?"

"How do I make home feel calm when I don't feel calm myself?"

So you read everything. You save the posts. You try the charts and the routines everyone swears by, and they fall apart by Wednesday. And quietly, you start to wonder if the problem is you.

You're not failing, mama. You're carrying a lot.

So, Now What?

is the roadmap I wish someone had handed me at the very beginning. It's warm, it's real, and it's

built for how your family is actually wired.

Inside the book, you'll discover how to

Understand what's happening beneath the behaviour, so the hard moments stop feeling so personal.

Make sense of what's really going on

Build rhythms that bend instead of break, so home can feel like a soft place to land again.

Create a regulated home

Practical, doable steps for the pinch points: mornings, transitions, bedtime and everything in between.

Calm the everyday chaos

Your nervous system matters here as well. This isn't about trying harder, it's about carrying less.

Remember how you're wired too

Stop squeezing your family into a box that was never built for them, and start building one that is.

Build around how your child is wired

No need to become an expert overnight. Just a clear, gentle roadmap for what comes next.

Take your next step with confidence

welcome!

hello friends and...

I know what your house feels like at 8am, because I've lived it.

That's what the book, So, Now What? is designed to do.

It's a practical path built not on

theory, but on what actually works in real life. It's for mums who are done being told to do more, and ready to be shown a way through.

I'm a mum raising a neurodivergent child and founder of The Unfinished Idea, a community built for mums doing the same.

I've navigated the mornings that derail before they begin, the meltdowns that arrive without warning, and the particular exhaustion of being the person holding everything together when the house is already at capacity.

When I started connecting with other mums in this space, I noticed that the ones who needed support the most weren't struggling because of a lack of effort. They were struggling because standard parenting advice doesn't actually account for the reality of neurodivergent family life.

These mums didn't need more advice about what they should do. They needed something built around what's actually possible when you're already at your limit.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You just need your next step.

Join the priority list and I'll be right there with you, cheering you on.
