January 26-28

Because when you’re raising a neurodivergent kid, overwhelm is not a mindset issue. It’s your nervous system doing overtime while you juggle school calls, sensory storms, transitions, sleep battles, and the invisible mental load no one sees.
And honestly… you’re already doing a lot right.
You’re researching. Advocating. Holding it together in public. Keeping everyone fed (mostly). You’re trying routines, charts, reminders, timers, “calm down corners,” and all the things.
But then real life happens.
A bad night’s sleep. A sudden change. A meltdown at the worst time. And you’re right back in that place of: “Why is this so hard for us?”
You dream of a way to feel calmer that actually works in your house.
Not perfect. Not rigid. Not another plan you “fail” by Wednesday.
Doable tools you can use in the middle of the chaos.
Even if you’re tired. Even if your kid is dysregulated. Even if you only have 10 minutes.
Simple rhythms that reduce friction, lower demand, and create more steadiness without perfection.
During The Overwhelm Reset, you’ll learn how to reset overwhelm in your body and your home, using simple, neurodiversity-affirming tools that fit real life.
Join us for 3 days of practical teaching, gentle accountability, and “finally someone gets it” support created specifically for mamas raising neurodivergent kids.
You’ll leave with a clear plan, a few go-to scripts, and tools you can use the same day.
How to spot what’s actually driving the overwhelm (hint: it’s not laziness) and the first small shifts that help you breathe again.
Quick resets you can use mid-meltdown, mid-transition, mid “I can’t do this anymore.”
Hi, I’m Greer Jones.
I’m the founder of The Unfinished Idea and host of Neurodivergent Conversations. I’m also a neurodivergent mama raising a neurodivergent kid, in a neurodivergent family, so I’m not teaching this from a cute, quiet life where everyone sleeps and follows the chart.
I’ve lived the overwhelm. The survival mode. The “why can’t I handle what other mums handle?” spiral. And I’ve learned (the hard way) that you don’t need a personality transplant or a perfect routine. You need tools that work with your nervous system, your child’s brain, and your real life.
Grab your ticket and join me for a workshop that will help you reset overwhelm and feel calmer at home.
I WANT IN!
The Overwhelm Reset runs January 26-28 and it’s fully virtual, so you can join from anywhere. Replays will be available after each session so you can watch when it works best for you.
Each day you’ll get a focused training plus practical, actionable steps you can start using right away to build calmer, more sustainable home rhythms. And yes, replays are available, so you can watch when it actually works for your life (naps, school runs, bedtime, the lot).. You’ll also have a private Facebook group to share real-life wins and hard moments, ask questions, and feel less alone while you’re making changes.
Want extra support during the workshop? Join the Reset Support Circle for that next-level “I’m not doing this by myself” help.
You’ll be invited into our private community space where you can connect with other mamas who get it. This is the “no shame, no judgement, same here” corner of the internet.
It’s time to stop white-knuckling through the week and start building a home that feels more steady, one doable step at a time.
