How much time does the course require?

The Collective is designed to be flexible—most mamas spend around 1–2 hours a week between watching short lessons, joining a call or replay, and trying tiny changes in real life, but you can move slower or faster depending on your season.

Who is your Collective designed for?

The Exhausted to Empowered Collective is for neurodivergent mums (and mums of neurodivergent kids) who are stuck in survival mode and want realistic, gentle support to make everyday life feel calmer and more doable.

What makes your community different?

It combines lived experience, encouragement, and practical support from people who genuinely understand the joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent children. There are weekly calls on different topics. 

Do I need a diagnosis to join?

No. Whether your child (or you) have an official diagnosis or you’re just beginning to explore neurodivergence, you are welcome.
