What’s it really like parenting a child with ADHD or autism? How can families, teachers, and communities better support neurodivergent children? Each week, we explore these questions with practical strategies, honest conversations, and stories you can see yourself in. I’m Greer — a mum of two boys (and two dogs!) raising a child with additional needs alongside my husband. Our life may look different from what we once imagined, but it’s full of love, learning, and growth. I started this space because I longed for a place where parents, educators, and allies could show up as they are — curious, overwhelmed, hopeful — and find connection and understanding.
You’ll hear parenting insights, advocacy tips, sensory strategies, and personal reflections that illuminate both the joy and the heaviness woven into neurodivergent family life. Some weeks, I share what we’re navigating; other weeks, guests bring their stories, wisdom, and encouragement. We talk about EHCPs/IEPs, school support, emotional regulation, burnout, and the big feelings that come with raising ND kids. Whether you’re a parent, a late-diagnosed adult, an educator, or simply someone wanting to learn, this is a place to breathe, grow, and remember you’re not alone.
We speak honestly about the messy, beautiful, real moments of neurodivergent life — no sugar-coating, no perfection required.
We offer grounded encouragement and simple tools that help families move forward and build a life that truly works for them.
We create a space where no one has to walk this journey alone — a place to be seen, understood, and supported.
Each episode blends real stories with practical insight, reminding listeners they’re not alone in the messy, beautiful journey of raising ND kids. You’ll walk away feeling supported, encouraged, and part of a community that truly gets it.
Honest conversations about the everyday joys, challenges and differences in being neurodivergent or raising neurodivergent kids. Each episode offers real stories, practical strategies, and heartfelt encouragement to help you feel seen, supported, and a little more hopeful on this journey you were never meant to walk alone.
