Wife, mama of two amazing kids, and proud dog mum to two lovable chaos-makers. I’m also the host of Neurodivergent Conversations, a space for honest conversations about the beautiful, messy, joy-filled, and sometimes exhausting world of raising neurodivergent kids.
Around here, we don’t do perfect. We do real life. The kind where you’re juggling therapy appointments, school calls, sensory overload, and a nervous system that’s been running on fumes for too long.
I’m a qualified neuro-affirming parent coach, and I’ve shared this work on podcasts with listeners around the world, plus on stages across the UK. But the truth is, my biggest “credential” is that I live this too. I know what it’s like to love your child fiercely and still feel like you’re constantly trying to catch up.
I remember being in that season where bedtime didn’t feel like relief, it felt like recovery. Sitting on the edge of the bed (or the bathroom floor), replaying the day, wondering: Did I handle that meltdown right? Am I doing enough? Why does everything feel so hard?
If you’ve been there, I want you to know something straight away: you’re not failing. You’re carrying a lot. But I’m walking with you!
I firmly believe there’s no problem a good slice can’t fix.
I never wear matching socks… life’s too short for perfect pairs.
A true crime podcast, sandy toes, and a margarita in hand.
That’s why I created The Unfinished Community, known as the Exhausted to Empowered Collective a supportive space for mamas who want connection, encouragement, and practical tools that help the whole family thrive.
Inside, you’ll find a mix of real-life support and doable strategies, plus a community of people who get it. No pretending. No pressure to “have it all together.” Just steady, kind support and tools you can actually use.
You don’t have to carry this alone. You don’t have to earn rest by pushing harder. And you don’t have to figure it all out before you’re allowed support.
I’m so glad you’re here. When you’re ready, come join us and let’s build a calmer, more supported way forward together.
